Companies can receive funding and support of up to 90% from Workforce Singapore (WSG) under the Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for In-House Digital Communications Professionals that covers the course fees and salary support of the candidate.

B) Salary SUPPORT 

1. For individuals hired after 30 Sep 2021

Companies can receive salary support for a total of 4 months from Workforce Singapore (WSG) under the Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for In-House Digital Communications Professionals.

70% of monthly salary, capped at $4,000 per month

90% of monthly salary, capped at $6,000 per month

Permanent Residents > 21 years old

Singaporeans < 40 years old

Singaporeans >/= 40 years old OR
at least 6 months unemployed**

2. For individuals hired between 1 Sep 2020 to 30 Sep 2021

In view of the introduction of Jobs Growth Incentive (JGI), adjustments were made to the PCP funding support for new hires. Salary support will be disbursed to participating employers over a longer period of 8 months :

With the Jobs Growth Incentive (JGI), the proportion of the talent’s salary that is supported by Workforce Singapore (WSG) has been halved.

35% of monthly salary, capped at $2,000 per month

45% of monthly salary, capped at $3,000 per month

at least 6 months unemployed*

Employers can stack the PCP salary support funding with the Jobs Growth Incentive (JGI) subsidies to receive a total salary support of up to 60% - 95%**

Singaporeans >/= 40 years old, Persons w/ Disabilities OR ex-offenders

Eligibility & Qualification

The Company

Must be a locally registered or incorporated entity in Singapore

Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident

Must issue a valid permanent
full-time employment contract
(40-hours/week) with a remuneration of at least SGD$2,800/month, in these qualifying digital roles (see below)

Can be a new hire (<=3 months) OR a mid-career switcher (graduated for more than 2 years and has not held a digital position previously)

Has to provide structured and related On-Job-Training for the candidate
