Companies can receive funding and support of up to 85% from Workforce Singapore (WSG) under the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for In-House Digital Communications Professionals that covers the course fees and salary support of the candidate.

B) Salary SUPPORT
1. For individuals hired after 31 Mar 2022
Companies can receive salary support for a total of 4 months from Workforce Singapore (WSG) under the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for In-House Digital Communications Professionals.
70% of monthly salary, capped at $4,000 per month
90% of monthly salary, capped at $6,000 per month
Permanent Residents > 21 years old
Singaporeans < 40 years old
Singaporeans >/= 40 years old OR
at least 6 months unemployed**

2. Salary Support Disbursement
In view of the introduction of Jobs Growth Incentive (JGI), adjustments were made to the PCP funding support for new hires. Salary support will be disbursed to participating employers over a longer period of 8 months :

With the Jobs Growth Incentive (JGI), the proportion of the talent’s salary that is supported by Workforce Singapore (WSG) has been halved.

Employers can stack the CCP salary support funding with the Jobs Growth Incentive (JGI) subsidies to receive a total salary support of up to 40%**

Eligibility & Qualification
Employers
Individuals
Registered or incorporated in Singapore with a valid Unique Entity Number (UEN) with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident aged 21 Years or Above
Offer a full-time PMET position related to job role which the CCP is for, with a minimum fixed monthly salary of $2,800 or more, and at least a 12-month employment contract
New hires must have graduated or completed NS, whichever is later, at least two years at the point of application
Must not be:

A shareholder of the participating company, or its related companies

Related to the owner(s) of the participating company

Immediate ex-staff of participating company and its related companies
Ensure that new hires are not:

A shareholder of the CCP company, or its related companies

Related to the owner(s) of the company

Immediate ex-staff of the company or its related companies.

Must put in place structured on-the-job training for the candidate

Commit to CCP training arrangements for the trainees

Must be a newly hired PMET (<=3 months), nominated by an eligible company for the CCP and has not held a digital position previously
